A Rework of the orignal Blues Sketch. It shows a gestural figure study that captures a saxophone player in an energetic pose drawn with a sanguine pencil.
Fascinated by Jazz/Blues music as well as the human experience this was the cornerstone of the artist’s “Human Sketches”.
Initially the artist’s idea was to sketch quickly and roughly to learn to trust the lines put on paper. A learning experience always adds to a lovely finished product.
