A rough rework of Don’s first Human Sketch but with other media. Still focused on the expressionstic play of the saxophonist.
Drawn with mixed media pens Don tried creating expression through contrast using one of his new favorite techniques: mixing a light pencil, a delicate 0.5mm pigment liner and a thick calligraphy tip pigment liner inspired by a drawing of Frank Frazetta. This mix and the sanguine pencil will be the main media for Don to work with to create his Human Sketches.
