Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day

on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods;

in the case of a single order of several goods delivered separately: on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item;

in the case of goods delivered in several consignments or parts: on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last consignment or part.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.

You may also declare your withdrawal electronically using the prominently placed “Withdraw from contract” function on our website: [Link to withdrawal function]. If you use this function and submit your withdrawal by selecting “Confirm withdrawal”, we will acknowledge receipt without delay by email or on another durable medium.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice that you are exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

For goods that can be sent as parcels, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
